Customer Service Excellence Committee The Business Council's CSE Committee has a critical role in the success of the Chamber's Customer Service Excellence program. The Committee is responsible for planning the annual recognition luncheon that attracts more than 800 attendees. The Customer Service Excellence program is managed by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
