When I noticed that traditional therapy was not as effective for clients that I was serving, I sought other research based effective treatment and discovered Equine Facilitated Therapy. Having grown up in an agricultural community I understood the power of horses. We provide EFT services for individuals and families including trauma victims, Military and Veterans, and neurodivergent individuals. My passion is to provide a place that individuals and families feel welcomed while obtaining effective treatment.

She works with entrepreneurial leadership teams as their EOS trainer, facilitator, and coach, helping them get what they want from their business. Shelley was trained by EOS Worldwide in 2019, and has been helping EOS Teams "Get a Grip on their Business." Shelley previously led ad sales for Cox Communications in Nevada and California. Shelley incorporates speaking as a member of the Vistage Speaker's Bureau, sharing EOS with CEO's and their leadership teams.

Donald Pearson is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ for WestPac Wealth Partners, the largest privately held wealth management firm in Las Vegas. A native of Las Vegas, Pearson attended Faith Lutheran Jr/Sr High School and accepted a scholarship to play football at the United States Naval Academy. He served as a Financial Manager for the United States Marine Corps in charge of the budget for Central and South America. Pearson sits on the board of Las Vegas HEALS, Southern Nevada Veterans Chamber of Commerce, Las Vegas Naval Academy Alumni Association, and is the Head Coach for the Junior Varsity Football team at Faith Lutheran.
Kerry Bubolz

Kerry Bubolz joined the Vegas Golden Knights as the franchise’s President on November 1, 2016. Bubolz oversees all of the business ventures for Las Vegas’ first major league professional sports franchise. Prior to the Golden Knights, Bubolz spent 13 years with the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena organization. Since 2013, Bubolz was the franchise’s president of business operations. Prior to his tenure in Cleveland, Bubolz enjoyed successful runs with multiple teams in various leagues around the country. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.
