The Chamber’s Culture

Employees are empowered to make decisions regarding their job and interactions with members and do what is best for the organization. The management team encourages staff input on improving processes, project planning, and growth opportunities for the Metro Chamber.
The Metro Chamber’s benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, long-term disability, 401K, and a cafeteria benefits plan which includes flexible spending accounts and supplemental insurance.
