As President of Brightline West, Sarah Watterson is responsible for all aspects of business development and delivery of the high-speed rail system, including transit-oriented development and rail infrastructure strategy, design, & execution. She has a strong background in large-scale infrastructure projects, including the acquisition and restructuring of the Milwaukee Bucks and developing the 725,000-SF Fiserv Forum. Watterson most recently led development at Florida East Coast Industries, a multi-faceted real estate and transportation company, and served as CEO of Drive Shack (NYSE:DS). She graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University.

Lori Wilkinson
Brown & Brown Insurance of Nevada, Inc.

Lori Wilkinson has over 20 years of national and international experience in sales, leadership, business development, marketing, strategic planning and contract negotiation to Brown & Brown Insurance of Nevada. She has held positions with top Fortune 100 companies and founded her own firm. She later joined Waymark Insurance Services who merged with Brown & Brown Insurance. Lori has a bachelor’s from Utah State and volunteers for the Gary Morris Invitational Golf Tournament benefiting the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors of fallen heroes, and American Airlines’ celebrity charity golf and tennis events.




Bill Wadley
Capstone Christian Academy
Bill Wadley grew up in poverty, homelessness and 3 broken homes, yet by a miracle he graduated from West Point. This Henderson Basic High School graduate is now a 24-year business owner of Impact Sand & Gravel. Motivated by his gratitude for the premier education and leadership training he received at West Point, Wadley wants to provide similar opportunities for the children in Southeast Las Vegas area. Capstone Christian Academy’s mission is to Develop World Changing Leaders. There are still Pre-K through 2nd grade openings. Visitors are welcome to stop by for a tour.

Established in 1931, Cashman Equipment Co. is one of the oldest Caterpillar dealers in the United States. Before assuming full-time duties in 1995, MaryKaye Cashman was a registered nurse. She is a member of the Chamber’s Government Affairs Committee, the World Presidents’ Organization, the Committee of 200, the Nevada Development Authority, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Las Vegas, and serves on the Community Advisory board of St. Rose Hospitals.

She’s also a serial entrepreneur. Prior to ChargerGoGo, she was the co-founder and CEO of Nutopia.io, an entertainment blockchain platform based in LA and Beijing.

Jeff Victor

With over 35 years of professional business management experience, Jeff Victor has worked in a broad spectrum of entertainment segments associated with the casino/hospitality industry. Overseeing Government Affairs are among his specialties. For the past seven years Mr. Victor has served as VP of Operations for the Company’s Las Vegas properties including the newly opened, Circa Casino. Prior to Circa, Victor was President of the Fremont Street Experience. Past and present affiliations include Member of Young Presidents Organization, Leadership Las Vegas (class of 2013), Downtown Vegas Alliance, and Board Member of Fremont Street Experience and of Las Vegas Business Academy.
