Customer Service Excellence (CSE) is a community program in partnership with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). For 30 years and counting, CSE provides local businesses the opportunity to support and recognize their valuable employees who make a difference in the everyday work environment. By recognizing employees who provide customer service at the excellence level, you have satisfied frequent customers and you have happy productive employees.
The program is easy to apply to existing recognition programs or implemented into businesses to help recognize their valued employees. The program provides businesses with publicity, certificates, pins, and special recognition events to celebrate the excellence provided by company employees.
Levels of Achievement during the program year (September through August) consist of nominations that are tracked for each individual. Nominees that receive multiple nominations receive the special recognition as follows:
• 3 – 5 nominations Bronze level
• 6 – 10 nominations Silver level
• 11+ nominations Gold level
