Region Bank President - Nevada SouthernBrian Formisano, Region Bank President – Nevada Southern for Wells Fargo, is responsible for setting direction and leading all aspects of the branch banking network, including small business and affluent business. He provides business leadership for the planning and execution of all activities within the region and alignment between regional initiatives and overall Regional Banking initiatives. He ensures all elements of risk management, compliance accountability and talent management programs are followed. He represents Wells Fargo in all aspects of federal, state, and community leadership as well as the development within the market.
DISCOVERY Children’s Museum
CEOMelissa Kaiser has more than 30 years of career experience at significant organizations in the non-profit sector. With expertise in fundraising, partnership building, and strategic planning, Kaiser has raised over $100 million in capital funds for the organizations she has served in executive leadership positions. She serves on the boards of the Nevada International Women’s Forum and the Association of Children’s Museums in Washington, D.C., and as an officer of the board of RAIR Philly, an environment, art, and industry non-profit in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Under her leadership, DISCOVERY secured a $250,000 IMLS grant for the ‘Desert to The Stars’ project, part of a $25M campaign to help the Museum accomplish three key goals: replace and update exhibitions and facilities, increase the endowment and operating reserves, and expand educational programming. Melissa is a well-entrenched civic leader in Las Vegas, Nevada, and a Summerlin Las Vegas Rotary Club member.
The Biletnikoff Foundation
Founder/Executive DirectorAngela Biletnikoff created The Biletnikoff Foundation in 1999 to commemorate the untimely death of her stepdaughter, Tracey Biletnikoff. As the Founder and Executive Director of the non-profit foundation, Biletnikoff oversees all operations of the program as it funds and supports its various youth organizations, including Tracey’s Place of Hope, which provides safe housing and counseling for young women to flourish in the wake of substance abuse, human trafficking, and domestic and gender violence. She is also the Owner and CEO of Biletnikoff 25 Wines, featuring her husband, Pro Football Hall of Famer Fred Biletnikoff.
Chief Executive OfficerMark E. Brown currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Miracle Flights and brings with him an extensive background in philanthropy work, marketing, communications, public policy and government affairs. His past leadership includes Partner and President of R&R Partners, and as Executive Vice President of The Howard Hughes Corporation and Executive Vice President of Station Casino. Brown began his career as a senior legislative assistant for former Nevada Senator Chic Hecht. Brown currently serves as a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee.
