Dick serves as VP of Security & Government Affairs for Mesquite Gaming, LLC which owns and operates the Casablanca Resort & Casino and the Virgin River Casino in Mesquite, Nevada. Following his retirement as a special agent of the FBI, he became Director of Security for Michael Gaughan's Coast Casinos and subsequently for Boyd Gaming. Currently, he maintains a strong liaison with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies and with the Nevada Gaming Enforcement Division. He also serves as a member of the Nevada Corporate Security Vice Presidents Group

Rick Myers is President of Thomas & Mack Development Group, a commercial development company with projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Thomas & Mack performs third party real estate services, and is currently managing the development of the Metro Police Department’s new headquarters campus. Mr. Myers is a past president of the Southern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP and longtime member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Thomas & Mack, Rick worked for The Howard Hughes Corporation and Marnell Properties. He graduated from the University of Southern California.

These assets include master planned communities in Maryland, Texas and Nevada; operating properties; and development opportunities in18 states. Kevin T. Orrock oversees all aspects of implementation of the Summerlin community, from planning and design to sales and marketing. Orrock began his career with Howard Hughes in 1974. He holds a BS in business administration from Wittenberg University and an MBA from UNLV.

As Lexicon Bank president, Stacy Watkins is responsible for connecting banking and investment resources to companies, small businesses, and individuals in Southern Nevada. With almost three decades in the business, Stacy has end-to-end banking industry experience at some of Nevada’s leading financial institutions. Stacy obtained her dual bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Phoenix, and a Business of Banking certificate from the Pacific Coast Banking School. In her free time, she is an active leader in the community, dedicated to furthering Las Vegas’ economic mobility and financial literacy.
