Peralta brings a deep commitment to building these types of partnerships. He holds a juris doctorate from Seattle University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from University of Washington. Peralta began his career in professional sports. This experience launched his passion for board development, community engagement and fundraising. Since moving to Las Vegas, he held leadership positions at Academy Medical Equipment, Healthcare Preparatory Institute and Roseman University’s College of Medicine.

Mr. Sullivan is a licensed attorney in both Wisconsin and Nevada and a former Adjunct Professor of Sports Law at Hamline University Law School. Mr. Sullivan is a recipient of the Certificate in Sports Law and sits on the Board of Advisors for the National Sports Law Institute at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. He is a frequent speaker at sports conferences on emerging business and legal issues in sports law, gaming, poker and daily fantasy sports. Before founding Las Vegas Agency, Mr. Sullivan worked as an athlete agent representing poker, eSports, and Olympic winter sports athletes.
