Market President/CEO
Jon Van Boening is President and Chief Executive Officer for the Dignity Health-St. Rose Dominican Siena Campus, serving as the senior executive of the company’s flagship southern Nevada facility since July 2021. Siena Hospital is a 326-bed facility with a Level III Trauma Center, employing more than 2,000 health care professionals. Mr. Van Boening also serves as President of Dignity Health Nevada, responsible for southern Nevada operations and market ventures, including four Dignity Health Neighborhood Hospitals, 15 Dignity Health Physical Therapy Clinics, six Community Wellness Centers, and other services.

Green Valley Grocery opened in 1978 and is a chain of 75 convenience stores and one wine & spirits store. Crawford Coin, Inc., is a licensed Slot Operator, operating more than 523 gaming machines. Crawford Oil, Inc., is a fuel wholesaler in Nevada, suppling the community with over 80 million gallons of fuel per year. David grew up in the business and joined the management team 24 years ago and worked his way up to his current position.

Since 2015 Sean Gleason has been CEO of Professional Bull Riders (PBR), one of America’s fastest-growing sports, also competing in four additional countries. Previously, he spent 15 years as a senior executive overseeing nearly every aspect of the sport. Prior to joining PBR in 2001, Gleason oversaw the marketing and business development for all sports projects at Sierra Sports. He served as executive or supervising producer of six Grammy-nominated video and record projects and six multi-platinum video projects while with Miramar Productions, Inc.
