The Biletnikoff Foundation
Founder/Executive DirectorAngela Biletnikoff created The Biletnikoff Foundation in 1999 to commemorate the untimely death of her stepdaughter, Tracey Biletnikoff. As the Founder and Executive Director of the non-profit foundation, Biletnikoff oversees all operations of the program as it funds and supports its various youth organizations, including Tracey’s Place of Hope, which provides safe housing and counseling for young women to flourish in the wake of substance abuse, human trafficking, and domestic and gender violence. She is also the Owner and CEO of Biletnikoff 25 Wines, featuring her husband, Pro Football Hall of Famer Fred Biletnikoff.
Chief Executive OfficerMark E. Brown currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Miracle Flights and brings with him an extensive background in philanthropy work, marketing, communications, public policy and government affairs. His past leadership includes Partner and President of R&R Partners, and as Executive Vice President of The Howard Hughes Corporation and Executive Vice President of Station Casino. Brown began his career as a senior legislative assistant for former Nevada Senator Chic Hecht. Brown currently serves as a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee.
Chief Executive OfficerLisa de Marigny leads a team passionate about luxury and innovation. Omni is known for premier service and pristine chauffeured fleet of black sedans, SUVs, limousines, and mini coaches. The team opened Tango Car, the first app-based on-demand transportation service for passengers traveling in wheelchairs. Lisa’s desire to provide mobility to the paratransit community made Tango a fitting name for this unique startup. She grew up in the transportation business while earning a B.S. Organizational Leadership from Penn State University, she is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Las Vegas.
Partner and Gaming Services National Practice LeaderDaniel Holmes is a Partner and Gaming Services National Practice Leader for RubinBrown, a full service accounting firm dedicated to serving its clients, team members and surrounding community both inside and outside the workplace. For RubinBrown, Daniel is responsible for overseeing client service teams, the continued expansion of the gaming practice and assisting clients in implementing more efficient regulatory compliance programs, through an in-depth understand of internal controls and financial reporting standards. Daniel graduated with a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from Rockhurst University’s Helzberg School of Management.
