James York and Jay Blood are the co-founders of Valley Bank of Nevada. James is the President and CEO of the bank and Jay is the EVP and Chief Credit Officer. Both executives are graduates of UNLV and, as such, are passionate about serving the local community. During the Covid crisis, James and Jay led Valley Bank of Nevada through providing Payroll Protection Program (PPP) loans to over 300 businesses in the community, saving an estimated 4,000 local jobs. The bank has recently opened a loan production office (LPO) in Summerlin, making it the third location valley-wide.

Ellen Schulhofer serves as corporate counsel to public and private companies in Nevada. Handling a broad range of transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and secured and unsecured financings, as well as advising on matters of corporate governance, she is one of Nevada’s top corporate attorneys. A significant portion of Ellen’s corporate work is on behalf of the highly-regulated gaming industry. As managing partner of Brownstein’s Las Vegas office, Ellen brings leadership and strategic counseling know-how to her daily practice. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the Las Vegas community, serving as a valued board member for several high-profile nonprofit and civic organizations including the Vegas Chamber.

Lindsey Paoli, The Mind Performance Coach, is a 10 year veteran of Senior Leadership positions in Hospitality Management on the Las Vegas Strip at Wynn Resorts, MGM Resorts Intl. and The Cosmopolitan. Recognizing that despite her early success she lacked fulfillment, she pivoted, pursuing a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has recently transitioned from private practice as a licensed therapist and now offers coaching, business consulting, and workshops in an effort to make a greater impact in the current mental health crisis. Paoli works with leaders looking to leave a lasting legacy in their personal and professional lives, teaching her model, the MINDFUL Formula as a daily practice of mental self-care as the foundation to success in relationships, health, and business.
Seth Schorr

Seth Schorr is Chairman of Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino. The casino resort is the embodiment of Schorr’s vision of a downtown Las Vegas hospitality experience. Since 1991, he served the Wynn Resorts team, developing the international marketing department in Macau. He and his partner, Jeffrey Fine, co-founded Fifth Street Gaming. Schorr developed the first fully integrated eSports program. He is a graduate of the Univ. of Pennsylvania, a YPO member, sits on numerous boards and was appointed by Gov. Sandoval to serve on Nevada State Board of Museums & History.
