Melissa Kaiser
DISCOVERY Children’s Museum
CEO
Melissa Kaiser has more than 30 years of career experience at significant organizations in the non-profit sector. With expertise in fundraising, partnership building, and strategic planning, Kaiser has raised over $100 million in capital funds for the organizations she has served in executive leadership positions. She serves on the boards of the Nevada International Women’s Forum and the Association of Children’s Museums in Washington, D.C., and as an officer of the board of RAIR Philly, an environment, art, and industry non-profit in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Under her leadership, DISCOVERY secured a $250,000 IMLS grant for the ‘Desert to The Stars’ project, part of a $25M campaign to help the Museum accomplish three key goals: replace and update exhibitions and facilities, increase the endowment and operating reserves, and expand educational programming. Melissa is a well-entrenched civic leader in Las Vegas, Nevada, and a Summerlin Las Vegas Rotary Club member.
Todd Sklamberg

Chief Executive Officer
Todd Sklamberg is the Chief Executive Officer of the 700-bed hospital that is part of the Sunrise Health System in Las Vegas. Prior to that, Sklamberg served as the CEO of Sunrise Children’s Hospital and as Vice President of Strategic Operations and Facilities for St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Sklamberg has served the Las Vegas community on the Board of Trustees for the Sunrise Children’s Foundation, March of Dimes and Ronald McDonald House Charities, and currently is on the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee.
