MaryKaye Cashman

Chief Executive Officer/Vice Chairwoman of the Board
Established in 1931, Cashman Equipment Co. is one of the oldest Caterpillar dealers in the United States. Before assuming full-time duties in 1995, MaryKaye Cashman was a registered nurse. She is a member of the Chamber’s Government Affairs Committee, the World Presidents’ Organization, the Committee of 200, the Nevada Development Authority, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Las Vegas, and serves on the Community Advisory board of St. Rose Hospitals.
Mark E. Brown

Mark E. Brown currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Miracle Flights. His past leadership includes CEO of Zen Entertainment, former VP of The Howard Hughes Corporation and Station Casinos, and as a partner and president of R&R Partners. Mark has an extensive background in nonprofit activities. He has chaired multiple organizations including YMCA of Southern Nevada. He also managed all philanthropic donations for both the Howard Hughes Corporation and Station Casinos.

The Howard Hughes Corporation, a publically held company, owns, manages and develops commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate. These assets include master planned communities in Maryland, Texas and Nevada; operating properties; and development opportunities in18 states. Kevin T. Orrock oversees all aspects of implementation of the Summerlin community, from planning and design to sales and marketing. Orrock began his career with Howard Hughes in 1974. He holds a BS in business administration from Wittenberg University and an MBA from UNLV.
