FounderDoug Beckley is a management consultant, business advisor and CEO coach. A native Las Vegan, Doug founded The Beckley Group in 2000. The Beckley Group has created success and boosted profitability for numerous well-known Southern Nevada organizations from a variety of industries. Doug has been the owner of several prosperous businesses including the most successful multi-center UPS Store franchise in Nevada, and the famous Pioneer Club casino. Active in the community, Doug served as Chair of the Nevada Community Foundation and President of the Las Vegas Executives Association.
Findlay Automotive Group
CFOTyler Corder joined GMAC in 1980 and was named Branch Manager in Las Vegas in 1992. In 1994 he joined Findlay Automotive Group and serves as the CFO of the organization which consists of 37 dealerships in six states. Corder is active in many charitable causes. He is past Board President for Safe Nest, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the American Red Cross. He has served as chairman for the Heart Walk, the Lung Force Walk and the Light the Night Walk. Currently, he serves on the board of the Foundation for an Independent Tomorrow and the Vegas Chamber.
Senior Vice President of Commercial BankingJoyce is a Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking with MidFirst Bank. She has more than 37 years of financial services experience with a focus on middle-market companies. Her clients are participants in a variety of industries, including, attorneys, CPAs, landscaping, general contracting, healthcare and golf courses. She is known in the community for her level of knowledge and exceptional client service. Joyce is actively involved in the community and is honored to support Capability Health, Mondays Dark and various other nonprofits and professional organizations. When she is not spending time with her family then she enjoys camping, fishing and golfing.
Manager, Business DevelopmentMazi Rabiee is the Manager of Business Development at JSX, a semi-private hop-on jet service headquartered in Dallas, TX. His role focuses on building strategic partnerships and relationships with JSX’s current and future customers, ensuring the air carrier’s simplified style of flying becomes better known and more attainable throughout important communities it serves, including Las Vegas - a strategic focus market for the carrier. Mazi recently took his education to the next step by obtaining an MBA from Southern Methodist University. When not traveling on one of JSX’s spacious jets, he enjoys playing sports and spending quality time with family.
