PresidentAs President of Brightline West, Sarah Watterson is responsible for all aspects of business development and delivery of the high-speed rail system, including transit-oriented development and rail infrastructure strategy, design, & execution. She has a strong background in large-scale infrastructure projects, including the acquisition and restructuring of the Milwaukee Bucks and developing the 725,000-SF Fiserv Forum. Watterson most recently led development at Florida East Coast Industries, a multi-faceted real estate and transportation company, and served as CEO of Drive Shack (NYSE:DS). She graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University.
Senior Managing DirectorLarry Singer, a senior managing director at Newmark Knight Frank, is a 40-year veteran of commercial real estate and one of Southern Nevada’s top producing commercial brokers. His team has represented national and local clients including Cirque Du Soleil, Westcare Foundation, Southern Nevada Health District, Greenburg Traurig, Ainsworth Game Technology and Clark County. He is a member of the Las Vegas Metro Chamber Board of Trustees and has served as chairman of both the Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies at UNLV and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada.

ChairmanSeth Schorr is Chairman of Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino. The casino resort is the embodiment of Schorr’s vision of a downtown Las Vegas hospitality experience. Since 1991, he served the Wynn Resorts team, developing the international marketing department in Macau. He and his partner, Jeffrey Fine, co-founded Fifth Street Gaming. Schorr developed the first fully integrated eSports program. He is a graduate of the Univ. of Pennsylvania, a YPO member, sits on numerous boards and was appointed by Gov. Sandoval to serve on Nevada State Board of Museums & History.
