Chet builds and nurtures client relationships that generate qualified construction leads and manages the pre-construction services team. Chet is involved in many local organizations such as NAIOP, ICSC, NPFMA, LVMCC, Nellis AFB Honorary Commander and currently sits as Chairman of the Board of the Henderson Development Association.

Joe is also the Founder of the League of Giving Foundation, a non-profit organization since 2005, dedicated to serving Las Vegas community causes.

Owner and PresidentStephanie Kocher is the new owner and president of Las Vegas Woman Magazine. The publication has been in print for 18 years with a mission to educate, entertain and inspire. Stephanie brings a lifetime of marketing and publishing experience and has worked side-by-side with her mother, Ruth Lauber, who is the current vice-president of Las Vegas Woman Magazine. Between the both of them, there is over 60 years of magazine experience. Stephanie is also a member of the United Way's Tocqueville Society and Women's Leadership Council.
