Founder/Executive Director
Angela Biletnikoff created The Biletnikoff Foundation in 1999 to commemorate the untimely death of her stepdaughter, Tracey Biletnikoff. As the Founder and Executive Director of the non-profit foundation, Biletnikoff oversees all operations of the program as it funds and supports its various youth organizations, including Tracey’s Place of Hope, which provides safe housing and counseling for young women to flourish in the wake of substance abuse, human trafficking, and domestic and gender violence. She is also the Owner and CEO of Biletnikoff 25 Wines, featuring her husband, Pro Football Hall of Famer Fred Biletnikoff.

Nine (IX) Kemppainen is a modern day Samurai. He has served as a military officer, Secret Service Agent, and Staff Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency. He has overseen security and intelligence for the National Park Service (where he was entrusted with the protection of America's most treasured monuments and icons), and most recently built a security program from scratch for Elon Musk's company SpaceX. He has protected "king" and country and high-profile individuals including Musk and Tony Robbins. Complimenting his professional experience, he has studied security at Georgetown, Cambridge, and Harvard.

Robert “Bob” Glaser is a Vice President and Senior Director and is responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management solutions to clients. Bob has over 30 years of financial services experience including in Private, Retail and Corporate banking groups; in the consulting practice of a Big-4 accounting firm; and as a Chief Financial Officer. Bob is a graduate of the University of Utah and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware. He also serves the community through Communities In Schools Nevada; Nevada Public Radio; Opportunity Village; and the Alexander Dawson School.

As President of Brightline West, Sarah Watterson is responsible for all aspects of business development and delivery of the high-speed rail system, including transit-oriented development and rail infrastructure strategy, design, & execution. She has a strong background in large-scale infrastructure projects, including the acquisition and restructuring of the Milwaukee Bucks and developing the 725,000-SF Fiserv Forum. Watterson most recently led development at Florida East Coast Industries, a multi-faceted real estate and transportation company, and served as CEO of Drive Shack (NYSE:DS).
