His extensive experience, which includes positions as Partner in Private Advisory & Consultancy at Black Opal Advisory & Consulting, Executive Vice President of Finance for the Vegas Golden Knights, Chief Financial Officer for Cannae Holdings, Inc., and Executive Vice President for Fidelity National Financial, have sharpened his ability to manage intricate financial operations. A proud graduate of Pepperdine University, Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. Edward J. Domanico is Director of Environmental Affairs for AET Environmental, a leading and highly credentialed provider of environmental and industrial services, hazardous waste handling and remediation in Nevada. Responsible for strategic marketing policies, as well as expanding the company’s operating capability throughout the state and region, he brings more than 27 years of environmental experience to this role as an industry leader. AET provides environmental services to many of the Strip Properties. AET provides service to several Medical and Industrial facilities, as well as the Nevada Test Site.
Michael Woodfield is Market Executive for the Commercial Banking team for the Middle Market banking group of J.P. Morgan Chase, covering Southern Nevada. He is focused on Las Vegas and Southern Utah. Woodfield is a graduate of University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. He is a longtime board member of the Downtown Las Vegas Rotary Club and is the current Chairman of the Downtown Las Vegas Charitable Foundation. He is also an active member of the local chapters of CCIM and NAIOP and actively involved with Spread the Word Nevada.
Mr. Silberling joined the Affinity team in 2014 after holding a senior leadership position at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, formerly known as Harrah’s Entertainment Inc., with more than two decades’ experience and a proven track record in the gaming industry. He recently concluded an assignment in the U.K. as President of International Operations where his hands on leadership style resulted in the successful turnaround of more than 12 properties in seven countries. Mr. Silberling graduated with a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
