Damon Schilling is Manager of Government Affairs for AMR / MedicWest Las Vegas. A Las Vegas native, he began his career at Southwest Ambulance in 2003. He worked in the dispatch center while attending paramedic school, completing his internship in 2007. Since then, Damon has held various roles within the organization. Damon served as the Community Relations Coordinator for AMR and MedicWest prior to his current position. Damon will soon graduate from Nevada State College with a BA in Business Administration.
John Guedry has more than 30 years of experience in financial services in Nevada. Prior to joining Bank of Nevada, he was CEO and President of Business Bank of Nevada until it was purchased by City National Bank where he remained as Executive Vice President.
Mike Bolognini oversees all cable television and telecommunications operations for Cox Communications in Southern Nevada including its residential, commercial and hospitality industry products encompassing voice, video, and data services. He has been with the company since August 2009. Bolognini has more than three decades of experience in the telecommunications industry and has an extensive background in sales and executive sales management at industry leading organizations such as Verizon, AT&T, Fujitsu and Lucent. He sits on the boards of Las Vegas Philharmonic, Salvation Army, YMCA and Southwest Cable Communications Association.
Mike Murphy has been the President and General Manager of Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nevada since 2006. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing all commercial group and individual business in Nevada. With more than half a million members in Nevada, Anthem is the second largest insurance company in the state. Anthem is a customer-focused company that is dedicated to providing its members with access to high-quality, affordable healthcare.
Tim Wong is CEO and President of Arcata Associates, Inc. a Las Vegas based technical services company. Arcata provides Hardware, Software and Systems Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Logistics, Multimedia, and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services in support of the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and other government agencies. Robert “Bob” Glaser is a Vice President and Senior Director and is responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management solutions to clients. Bob has over 30 years of financial services experience including in Private, Retail and Corporate banking groups; in the consulting practice of a Big-4 accounting firm; and as a Chief Financial Officer. Established in 1931, Cashman Equipment Co. is one of the oldest Caterpillar dealers in the United States. Before assuming full-time duties in 1995, MaryKaye Cashman was a registered nurse. She is a member of the Chamber’s Government Affairs Committee, the World Presidents’ Organization, the Committee of 200, the Nevada Development Authority, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Las Vegas, and serves on the Community Advisory board of St. Rose Hospitals.
Lisa Santwer oversees marketing and communications for CCCN, which specializes in oncology, hematology, breast surgery and research. Santwer helped establish CCCN’s nonprofit, ORION Cancer Foundation, and serves on the Executive Committee of Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada. Her community activities include serving as co-chair for 2015 Leadership Las Vegas’ Health Day and advisory board for UNLV School of Health Sciences. Santwer is a graduate of Leadership Las Vegas and a 2012 Hall of Fame inductee into the Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
Chuck founded Cornerstone Merchant Services, an independently licensed merchant card processor, in 2004. By cultivating a culture of integrity and personal responsibility, Chuck led Cornerstone to become the largest credit card processor in Nevada within a few years. Since founding Cornerstone, Chuck has volunteered time to various non-profit organizations throughout the community. He currently sits as the acting President of Helping Hands of Vegas Valley, which he has been a part of since 2010.
Mr. Bodager joined Desert Radiology in 2016 bringing over 20 years of senior level management experience from his roles as chief executive and chief financial officer for large medical practices, as well as from his involvement on several for-profit and not-for-profit boards. As Chief Executive Officer Mr. Bodager provides hands-on management of daily operations as well as oversees the company’s strategic development and long-term institutional goals. A Realtor for over 35 years, 27 as a Broker-Owner, Fafie now serves as Executive Vice President for Southern Nevada for ERA Brokers Consolidated, a multistate brokerage with a 38 year history of accomplishment and leadership. Fafie was the 2008 Chairman of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees. She is a 1995 graduate of Leadership Las Vegas. Gregory Lee is President of Rancho Mesquite Casino, LLC; a company that operates the Eureka Casino Resort, Mesquite, Nevada, a company he co-founded with his parents. Lee remains involved in the Lee family business, but focuses his energy on the development, marketing and leadership cultivation of the Mesquite operation. Lee serves on the Board of the Mesquite Resort Association, the Mesquite Health and Wellness Foundation and the Nevada Independent Gaming Operators Organization. Lee is a graduate of Harvard College and earned a J.D. from the University of Southern California.
Mr. Corder is a graduate of Montana State University. After college he joined GMAC in 1980 and was named Branch Manager in Las Vegas in 1992. He later joined the Findlay Automotive Group where he now serves as both COO and CFO. He is past Board President of Safe Nest and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. He has served on several boards including the Findlay Education Foundation, the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame Foundation, the Foundation for an Independent Tomorrow and the American Red Cross of Southern Nevada.
Michael J. Bonner is a member of the executive committee of the gaming law section of the State Bar of Nevada, the executive committee and board of trustees of the Nevada Development Authority, and is Past Chairman of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees. In 1987, Victor Fuchs began his career as a Project Manager at Helix Electric, one of the fastest growing full-service electrical contractors in the nation, and quickly rose to the ranks of President of the Las Vegas office. Renato Ascoli, CEO of North America Gaming & Interactive of IGT PLC, is responsible for product development, manufacturing, marketing, and delivery for the company. Prior to 2015, he served as General Manager of GTECH S.p.A. and President of GTECH Products and Services. He also served as Head of Italian Operations. In 2006, he joined GTECH S.p.A. as director of the gaming division. Mr. Ascoli has led international marketing efforts for Fincentro Group - Armando Curcio Editore and was a consultant to Ambrosetti Group. He graduated from Bocconi University in Milan.
Justin Cohen is the EVP of REQ Las Vegas. With 15 years spent focused on growing Clients’ businesses, Justin possesses a unique collection of marketing and leadership skills. He is a 2015 Grad of Leadership LV, a Trustee of the Outside Las Vegas Foundation and a veteran Wish Granter for Make a Wish of Southern Nevada. Chris Way is VP/General Manager of KTNV-TV, 13 Actions News, and E.W. Scripps company. He oversees all business and operations activities of Las Vegas' ABC affiliate. Chris recently returned to Las Vegas after a short stint at KMTV-TV, the Scripps-owned CBS affiliate in Omaha, Nebraska, where he served as General Manager. Previously, he worked at KLAS-TV and is looking forward to re-engaging with business and community partners. Stephanie Kocher is the new owner and president of Las Vegas Woman Magazine. The publication has been in print for 18 years with a mission to educate, entertain and inspire. Stephanie brings a lifetime of marketing and publishing experience and has worked side-by-side with her mother, Ruth Lauber, who is the current vice-president of Las Vegas Woman Magazine. Between the both of them, there is over 60 years of magazine experience. Stephanie is also a member of the United Way's Tocqueville Society and Women's Leadership Council.
Mark E. Brown currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Miracle Flights. His past leadership includes CEO of Zen Entertainment, former VP of The Howard Hughes Corporation and Station Casinos, and as a partner and president of R&R Partners. Mark has an extensive background in nonprofit activities. He has chaired multiple organizations including YMCA of Southern Nevada. He also managed all philanthropic donations for both the Howard Hughes Corporation and Station Casinos.

Jim (JD) Daniels is the Division Manager for Emergency Services and Operation Support for Mission Support and Test Services LLC, the Management and Operating Contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration Nevada Site Office. He is responsible for managing the Emergency Response Organization that encompasses Fire & Rescue operations, Medical response, Command & Control operations and Emergency planning. Daniels holds a Bachelor’s degree of Business Management and a Master’s degree of Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
Mitch Fox, long-time Nevada broadcaster has been selected as the President and CEO of the Nevada Broadcasters Association. Fox was selected after an extensive, nationwide search. He brings more than 30 years of broadcasting experience to the position including his first job at KABC-TV in Los Angeles, at KTNV-TV in Las Vegas as a general assignment reporter and as director of production and programming for Vegas PBS. He is most well-known as a debate moderator, legislative/political reporter and host of “Nevada Week in Review.” Fox was also communications director for the City of North Las Vegas and Nevada State Director for the Porter Group, a Washington DC-based lobbying firm.
Suzanne Domoracki has 25 years of progressive sales and marketing experience directing the activities of regional supervisory and multi-market sales personnel. Prior to joining Nevada Drug Card, she held similar supervisory positions in the health and beauty industries and oversaw all sales activity in the Western U.S. for a nationally recognized manufacturer of point-of-care oral fluid drug testing devices. She is involved with several local clubs and organizations.
Audra Hamernik is the new President and CEO of Nevada HAND. She brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate, financial services, social impact investing and lending, and community leadership. She was most recently the Executive Director of the Illinois Housing Development Authority. She has also served as Principal of A. Hamernik & Associates, Inc., and as Executive Director of Bluestem Housing Partners, a nonprofit housing developer. She earned her Master degree, as well as her Bachelor degree, in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois.
Terry A. Shirey serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Nevada State Bank, a division of ZB, N.A. and Executive Vice President of Zions Bancorporation. Named President and CEO in January 2017, Shirey formerly served as Chief Financial Officer for six years before being named President and COO in September 2014. Shirey oversees all five banking lines of business – retail, real estate, small business, commercial, and private banking – as well as all bank operations in Nevada. Shirey holds a certified public accountant (CPA) certificate. He has more than 22 years of experience in the financial industry, with the past 14 spent managing finance and operations for major banks and bank holding companies. Shirey holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wyoming. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce, as Vice-Chair of the College of Southern Nevada Foundation and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
Larry Singer, a senior managing director at Newmark Knight Frank, is a 40-year veteran of commercial real estate and one of Southern Nevada’s top producing commercial brokers. His team has represented national and local clients including Cirque Du Soleil, Westcare Foundation, Southern Nevada Health District, Greenburg Traurig, Ainsworth Game Technology and Clark County. He is a member of the Las Vegas Metro Chamber Board of Trustees and has served as chairman of both the Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies at UNLV and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada.
Paul Caudill was named president of NV Energy in December 2013. Most recently, Caudill was president of MidAmerican Solar, a division of MidAmerican Renewables LLC. Prior to joining MidAmerican in 2012, Caudill was CEO and president of Phoenix Solar U.S. He also served as vice president, global systems operations for SunPower Corporation. Caudill began his career in the energy industry with Bechtel Power Corporation in 1976. He has extensive experience in commissioning, start-up and outage management at generating facilities throughout the United States.
David Dahan brings more than two decades of insurance industry experience to Orgill/Singer. A 41-year resident and active supporter of his local community, Dahan serves on various community boards such as Las Ventanas Retirement Community, the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, the Nevada Restaurant Association and the governing board of North Vista Hospital. KLAV 1230 AM radio has recently given Dahan an opportunity to reveal his newest passion as host of Community Speaks – a conversation with local leaders.
Chet Opheikens has been employed by R&O Construction for 23 years. Chet is VP of Business Development for R&O’s Las Vegas Regional Office. Chet builds and nurtures client relationships that generate qualified construction leads and manages the pre-construction services team. Chet is involved in many local organizations such as NAIOP, ICSC, NPFMA, LVMCC, Nellis AFB Honorary Commander and currently sits as Chairman of the Board of the Henderson Development Association.
Since 2011, Renee Coffman has served as president of Roseman University of Health Sciences, a Henderson-based private, not-for-profit educational institution she co-founded in 1999. During her first four years as president, she has helped advance the university’s mission to positively impact the health, education, and wellness of the community through the establishment of a second campus in Southern Nevada, located in Summerlin, the expansion of medical research programs, and the founding of an allopathic College of Medicine.

Todd Sklamberg is the Chief Executive Officer of the 700-bed hospital that is part of the Sunrise Health System in Las Vegas. Prior to that, Sklamberg served as the CEO of Sunrise Children’s Hospital and as Vice President of Strategic Operations and Facilities for St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Sklamberg has served the Las Vegas community on the Board of Trustees for the Sunrise Children’s Foundation, March of Dimes and Ronald McDonald House Charities, and currently is on the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee.
Ted Wiens Tire & Auto Center was established in Las Vegas in 1948. President Ted Wiens Jr. is a past chairman of the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees, serves on the Government Affairs Committee and is a Prospector. He is also affiliated with the Boulder Dam Area Council Boy Scouts of America, Community Action Against Rape and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Nevada. Additionally, Wiens is involved with the Tire Industry Association of North America.
The Howard Hughes Corporation, a publically held company, owns, manages and develops commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate. These assets include master planned communities in Maryland, Texas and Nevada; operating properties; and development opportunities in18 states. Kevin T. Orrock oversees all aspects of implementation of the Summerlin community, from planning and design to sales and marketing. Orrock began his career with Howard Hughes in 1974. He holds a BS in business administration from Wittenberg University and an MBA from UNLV.
Kara Kelley is a proven CEO with expertise in business and political strategy as well as marketing, media relations and organizational leadership skills. As the former CEO of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Kelley led the organization to become Nevada’s most influential business association. Kelley has built a reputation as a tireless advocate for business and free enterprise and was one of only 120 business leaders to be invited by President Barack Obama to participate in his 2009 Jobs Summit. As president of The Kelley Co., Kelley advises companies on branding, business strategy and organizational development.
With more than 32 years of experience in the construction industry, Greg Korte is President of The Korte Company’s Las Vegas Division. Greg is Board Chair of United Way of Southern Nevada, a member of the NAIOP Government Affairs Committee, Las Vegas Chapter of World Presidents’ Organization and the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce. He has illustrated his commitment and dedication to the industry as well as to the community. Greg attributes his work ethic, motivation, and to “always do the right thing,” to his father – who founded the company 58 years ago.
With the firm since 2004, John Cannito is the Chief Operating Officer for The PENTA Building Group. He has worked in the commercial construction industry for over 24 years; 19 of those specific to Las Vegas. Boards he currently serves on include Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA), Opportunity Village Arc Board, and Junior Achievement. John is married to Lisa Cannito. They have four children together, Anna, Grace, Maddie, and Sarah.
Karla Perez serves as the Regional Vice President of Universal Health Services. In her current role, Karla provides oversight to the operations of Spring Valley, Summerlin, Desert Springs, Valley, and Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Centers in Las Vegas, and Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks, Nevada. Karla has worked in the Las Vegas community for over 30 years. She is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce.
Mike Wethington manages all daily operating functions for the center, which opened in November of 2007. He works closely with development, construction, marketing, leasing and individual retailers. Wethington has more than 27 years of retail management experience, including general manager positions at Galleria at Sunset in Henderson and Victoria Gardens in Southern California. He is a Certified Shopping Center Manager and holds a degree in finance and real estate from New Mexico State University.
Clark Wood joined U.S. Bank in 2014 as Market President, overseeing commercial banking and the gaming division. Clark came from Thunder Valley Casino Resort where he had been VP of Finance and a member of their development corporation. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the gaming and financial sectors. Clark earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. He is currently serving on the boards of the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance and United Way of Southern Nevada.
A transplant to Las Vegas, Rick has been President/CEO of WestStar Credit Union since 2010. WestStar serves the gaming industry in Nevada. Under Rick’s leadership, the credit union has focused on outstanding service to its members and in giving back to the communities the credit union serves. WestStar has sponsored events to support local charities in Las Vegas and Reno. Rick and his wife have two boys, one a freshman at the University of Oregon and the other a junior in high school. His wife works in real estate.
Joe Asher has been the CEO of William Hill US since 2012. Asher has a long background in the gaming industry and a passion for the sports betting business. Previously, Asher was an attorney and held management positions at several racetracks. Asher attended the University of Delaware and graduated magna cum laude from Widener University School of Law. Asher also served as a judicial clerkship with the Supreme Court of Delaware and is admitted to the bar in Delaware and New York.
Paolo Tiramani is CEO of 500 Group, an intellectual property investment and development company with diverse holding in traditional, digital and intellectual assets. 500 Group focuses on new technologies which can be protected by patents. In 2017 500 Group moved operations to Nevada for its superior tax and business climate. 500 Group investments in Nevada include: The Paolo Tiramani Foundation; Supercar System, a powersports recreational product operated out of its 20,000 sq ft facility at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway; and Boxabl, a revolutionary construction technology slated for factory production in Apex or similar.
Mr. Silberling joined the Affinity team in 2014 after holding a senior leadership position at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, formerly known as Harrah’s Entertainment Inc., with more than two decades’ experience and a proven track record in the gaming industry. He recently concluded an assignment in the U.K. as President of International Operations where his hands on leadership style resulted in the successful turnaround of more than 12 properties in seven countries. Mr. Silberling graduated with a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
His oversight encompasses Dignity Health’s multi-site, multi-area healthcare service offerings in Nevada, including acute-care hospital operations, physician relationships, ambulatory and outpatient service delivery systems and healthcare philanthropy. Mr. Bassett has more than 35 years of experience in managing complex hospital operations, ranging from clinical departments to multi-hospital systems. He has held multiple leadership roles in health care with a variety of organizations, including Dignity Health’s Mercy Hospital in Bakersfield.
With more than 14 years in the LV hotel sales industry, Allen Oakley serves as National Sales Manager at the Golden Nugget. Prior to this role, he was Director of Community Development at the American Cancer Society, Exec Director at Baskow DMC, Ravella Lake Las Vegas and Caesars Entertainment. He is a U.S. Navy Veteran having served tours in the Persian Gulf and Japan. He served on the maintenance team with the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration team, the Blue Angels. His leadership will ensure that the Golden Nugget performs above expectations.
Lisa Howfield is the Vice-President and General Manager of KLAS-TV 8. She joined the CBS affiliate in August 2015 and has 23+ years of local television broadcast experience. Howfield serves on the board of Nevada Broadcasters Association, Core Academy and the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce. Broadcasting & Cable awarded Howfield “2008 General Manager of the Year” and she co-authored college textbook “Managing Electronic Media.” Lisa moved to Las Vegas at 6 months. She graduated from Bonanza High School and earned her B.A. degree in Business Communications from Pepperdine University.
Susan Cartwright joined Scientific Games as Vice President of Corporate Communications in January 2016. She leads Scientific Games’ global external and internal communications, as well as the Company’s corporate social responsibility program. Rick Myers is President of Thomas & Mack Development Group, a commercial development company with projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Thomas & Mack performs third party real estate services, and is currently managing the development of the Metro Police Department’s new headquarters campus. Mr. Myers is a past president of the Southern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP and longtime member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Thomas & Mack, Rick worked for The Howard Hughes Corporation and Marnell Properties. He graduated from the University of Southern California.
Kerry Bubolz joined the Vegas Golden Knights as the franchise’s President on November 1, 2016. Bubolz oversees all of the business ventures for Las Vegas’ first major league professional sports franchise. Prior to the Golden Knights, Bubolz spent 13 years with the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena organization. Since 2013, Bubolz was the franchise’s president of business operations. His winning personality scored a home run with regulars and those returning each year for March Madness, making him a perfect fit for front-of-house where he worked his way up the ranks to General Manager. In 2015, Shawn joined Darden Restaurants where he was provided the opportunity to expand his knowledge around wine, spirits, and beer. Earning certifications from Cicerone and the Court of Master Sommelier, and acquiring a Master of WhiskeyTM accreditation from abroad, he became a major league player in the field of hospitality management. Following a second stint at Lagasse’s Stadium, he collaborated with Professional Sports Catering, powered by Levy to open; T-Mobile Arena, home of Vegas Golden Knights; The Las Vegas Ballpark, named Winner of 2019 MiLB Triple-A Best of Ballparks, and; Allegiant Stadium, home to NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders. In 2020, Shawn partnered with Art Houz Theaters to play an integral role in its early development. Today, the big hitter who began his 20-year career in baseball at three years old embodies the tenacity and competitive spirit of Downtown Las Vegas and its finest entertainment venue. Personal Note: Shawn and his wife Alyssa currently reside in Summerlin and welcomed their first child in early winter of 2021.

Teresa DiLoreto has been executive director of the Nevada Military Support Alliance (NMSA) since its creation in 2010. Under DiLoreto’s leadership, the NMSA has raised more than $7 million for military and veterans’ projects to include resource centers at the University of Nevada, Reno, Truckee Meadows Community College, Great Basin College and three adaptive homes for severely injured disabled veterans. She serves on the City of Reno Building Enterprise Fund. DiLoreto is a life director and past president of Builders Association of Northern Nevada and is a Board Trustee of the Vegas Chamber.
Stacey Lockhart serves as the executive director with HopeLink of So. Nevada, a nonprofit with a mission of preventing homelessness, preserving families, and providing hope. Since joining HopeLink in 2019, the organization has experienced 525% growth in operating revenue, staff and four additional locations in Southern Nevada. In 2020-21 HopeLink served over 10,000 individuals, provided over 75,000 services, and more than $6M in COVID relief to assist with homeless prevention of those households impacted by the shutdown. Prior to HopeLink, Lockhart served as the executive director of The Shade Tree.
