Jonathan Alvarez is CEO and Co-founder of Protective Force International (PFI). PFI provides trained unarmed, armed, executive protection, mobile patrols and K9 Officers. With 13+ years of experience with law enforcement, military, and security fields to include overseeing investigations and security operations on the Las Vegas Strip, Jonathan understands the need to blend hospitality and security in our growing economy within the resort corridor and recognizes that Las Vegas requires high standard security services. He dedicates his time to industry training, advocating for better regulations, and assisting in community outreach programs.
Dr. Renee Coffman is President and Co-Founder of Roseman University of Health Sciences, a Henderson-based private, not-for-profit university, focused on educating and training healthcare professionals. The University offers BS-Nursing, MSN-Family Nurse Practitioner, Doctor of Nursing Practice, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees, and an Orthodontics Residency Certificate. The University is currently in the planning stages to launch a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at its Summerlin campus.
Jaime Cruz serves as Executive Director of Workforce Connections, Southern Nevada’s Local Workforce Development Board. Under his leadership, Workforce Connections has been recognized nationally for innovative partnerships and programs that help connect employers to a ready workforce. Cruz understands the barriers many face trying to improve their careers. As a young man, he worked as a dishwasher after immigrating from Peru despite his degree in Mechanical Engineering. Cruz worked his way back to the engineering field, holding executive roles in the hospitality industry before transitioning to the public sector.
James Sullivan is the Co-Founder of Las Vegas Agency and Battle For Vegas, an award-winning celebrity softball game featuring two all-star teams from the Vegas Golden Knights and Las Vegas Raiders “battling” it out for charity. The Emmy-award winning event has also won “Best of Las Vegas” award for Best Charity Event multiple times. Mr. Sullivan is a licensed attorney in both Wisconsin and Nevada and a former Adjunct Professor of Sports Law at Hamline University Law School. Mr. Sullivan is a recipient of the Certificate in Sports Law and sits on the Board of Advisors for the National Sports Law Institute at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. He is a frequent speaker at sports conferences on emerging business and legal issues in sports law, gaming, poker and daily fantasy sports. Before founding Las Vegas Agency, Mr. Sullivan worked as an athlete agent representing poker, eSports, and Olympic winter sports athletes.
