The Public Policy Leadership Series – or, PPL (“People”), for short – educates community leaders interested in serving in publc office on the tenets of good public policy and governance. The program is in partnership with the UNLV Greenspun College of Urban Affairs.

Ash Zare has been named General Manager of CAE Las Vegas, an aviation training center with full-flight simulators specialized in training pilots for business jets. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, Ash successfully led CAE Seoul during the pandemic, responsible for training more than 4,000 commercial pilots annually in Korea. Raised in Dubai, Ash first relocated to Toronto to pursue his Robotics Engineering and MBA education. In 2015, Ash then joined CAE’s headquarters in Montreal where he led the integration of CAE’s $1B acquisition of Bombardier Aviation Training.
