For the past 20 years, Berns has supported global organizations in building and leading high-performance marketing teams by blending a unique infusion of strategy, consumer insights, creativity, and analysis. His vast range of prior experience spans industries like FinTech, Entertainment, Healthcare, Telecom/Wireless, Sports, and Technology. Berns spearheads the marketing initiatives as CMO at NMA and leverages his wealth of marketing experience, along with a range of success in strategy development, executive leadership, digital marketing, sales integration and brand management to continue positioning NMA as a leader in the space. An avid supporter of the Arts and Education, Berns holds Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Marketing and was selected for Executive Education programs at Stanford University and the University of North Carolina.
Ricky has over 20 years experience in sales and training of entrepreneurs. He started his career in Texas as co-owner of three businesses with his brothers. Later, he partnered with Excel Telecommunications to expand his portfolio and created the largest business team in El Paso. In 2012, he moved to Las Vegas where he joined Wyndham Vacation Resorts. He achieved “Presenter of the Year” five years in a row and trained other sales representatives. He was formerly President of Nevada Business Magazine and now serves as President of Peak Performance Partners.

Prior to establishing GYC in 2017, Yager spent 15 years with Preferred Public Relations, a local marketing and public relations agency, where she served as the firm’s Vice President. She has more than two decades of marketing and communications experience across multiple industries including lifestyle, hospitality, gaming, entertainment, food & beverage, nonprofit, health care, aviation and technology, working with national, regional and local companies of all sizes - from startups and small businesses to multinational corporations.
Kerry Bubolz joined the Vegas Golden Knights as the franchise’s President on November 1, 2016. Bubolz oversees all of the business ventures for Las Vegas’ first major league professional sports franchise. Prior to the Golden Knights, Bubolz spent 13 years with the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena organization. Since 2013, Bubolz was the franchise’s president of business operations. Prior to his tenure in Cleveland, Bubolz enjoyed successful runs with multiple teams in various leagues around the country. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.
