Baby’s Bounty is a 15-year-old nonprofit, working to improve health outcomes for families living in poverty with the mission of providing “a good start for every baby”. Las Vegas native, CEO/Executive Director Kelly Maxwell brings business acumen and a deep knowledge of her community to her role. Using her experience in for-profit-sector business development, Maxwell has transformed Baby’s Bounty into a significant community leader. Baby’s Bounty operates a Baby Bundle program, supplying new parents with essential newborn supplies and infant care education as well as Diaper Banks, located in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson and Northern Nevada which have distributed 3 million diapers and 6 million wipes to over 40,000 families. Maxwell launched a partnership with Nevada’s NSHE institutions – Diapers for Diplomas, to support parenting students and just worked to pass SB428 to remove the sales tax on diapers in addition to many other initiatives to support families across our state and beyond.
Ash Zare

Ash Zare has been named General Manager of CAE Las Vegas, an aviation training center with full-flight simulators specialized in training pilots for business jets. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, Ash successfully led CAE Seoul during the pandemic, responsible for training more than 4,000 commercial pilots annually in Korea. Raised in Dubai, Ash first relocated to Toronto to pursue his Robotics Engineering and MBA education. In 2015, Ash then joined CAE’s headquarters in Montreal where he led the integration of CAE’s $1B acquisition of Bombardier Aviation Training.

Rob Scalise is the CEO of Villiv. He has an Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis, specializing in Organizational Behavior Management and Behavior Systems Analysis and is currently finishing his MBA in Human Resources and Marketing at UNLV. He has helped small firms to large publicly traded companies reach their goals. As a licensed behavior analyst, he provides therapy to kids and families around the valley. Scalise’s passion is making positive changes and spreading goodwill through his work. He enjoys hiking with his wife and dogs and working with the people that make Vegas the fantastic city it is.
