Karim joined Intermountain Healthcare in 2021 as the President of the Nevada Medical Group and is also Desert Region COO for Ambulatory Care. He has over 15 years of executive leadership in the healthcare industry in both the private and public sectors and for-profit and nonprofit entities. Karim has a track record of leading teams in established regional organizations and operating in a start-up environment and launching multiple new markets from the ground up. Karim’s diverse background and leadership are ideal for charting a market-differentiated growth path for the region.

Mark Fine is the Chief Executive Officer of Las Vegas Lacrosse, which will be an expansion team in the National Lacrosse League (NLL), owned by Joe Tsai, Wayne Gretzky, Dustin Johnson and Steve Nash. Previously, Fine worked for the Brooklyn Nets of the NBA, also owned by Joe Tsai. Prior to the Nets, he worked for the New York Mets of MLB and the World Famous Harlem Globetrotters. Fine began his career as a Minor League Baseball and arena marketer with Comcast-Spectacor after interning with the Baltimore Orioles PR department.

After working in open office plans for years, Nick Pucci, co-founder and principal of Cubicall, utilized his experience directing marketing campaigns for global brands and started a company that manufactures modular phone booths and meeting rooms for modern offices. After appearing on ABC’s Shark Tank and receiving offers from two sharks, Cubicall recently expanded its product portfolio to include medical isolation and exam pods that help address the COVID-19 response. Originally based out of Los Angeles, Cubicall and Pucci moved its operations to Las Vegas in early 2020.
