Lindsey Paoli, The Mind Performance Coach, is a 10 year veteran of Senior Leadership positions in Hospitality Management on the Las Vegas Strip at Wynn Resorts, MGM Resorts Intl. and The Cosmopolitan. Recognizing that despite her early success she lacked fulfillment, she pivoted, pursuing a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has recently transitioned from private practice as a licensed therapist and now offers coaching, business consulting, and workshops in an effort to make a greater impact in the current mental health crisis. Paoli works with leaders looking to leave a lasting legacy in their personal and professional lives, teaching her model, the MINDFUL Formula as a daily practice of mental self-care as the foundation to success in relationships, health, and business.
Michael Woodfield is Market Executive for the Commercial Banking team for the Middle Market banking group of J.P. Morgan Chase, covering Southern Nevada. He is focused on Las Vegas and Southern Utah. Woodfield is a graduate of University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. He is a longtime board member of the Downtown Las Vegas Rotary Club and is the current Chairman of the Downtown Las Vegas Charitable Foundation. He is also an active member of the local chapters of CCIM and NAIOP and actively involved with Spread the Word Nevada.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Diego started in healthcare as a Chaplain in hospice. After moving into marketing, he worked to create Vegas Healthcare which currently has more than nine thousand members and was created to help expedite and improve patient care in the valley. Having taken the role as CEO of Las Vegas HEALS, he is positioned to bridge the gap between leadership and workers in healthcare in order to improve utilization and move healthcare forward in Southern Nevada. Las Vegas HEALS engages large healthcare providers in conversations to bring community solutions to healthcare problems.
Kim Smith, MFT, LADC, AAMFT Approved Supervisor, Eagala Certified. For the past 25 years I have provided mental health services to our community. When I noticed that traditional therapy was not as effective for clients that I was serving, I sought other research based effective treatment and discovered Equine Facilitated Therapy. Having grown up in an agricultural community I understood the power of horses. We provide EFT services for individuals and families including trauma victims, Military and Veterans, and neurodivergent individuals. My passion is to provide a place that individuals and families feel welcomed while obtaining effective treatment.
