Jonathan Alvarez is CEO and Co-founder of Protective Force International (PFI). PFI provides trained unarmed, armed, executive protection, mobile patrols and K9 Officers. With 13+ years of experience with law enforcement, military, and security fields to include overseeing investigations and security operations on the Las Vegas Strip, Jonathan understands the need to blend hospitality and security in our growing economy within the resort corridor and recognizes that Las Vegas requires high standard security services. Angela Biletnikoff created The Biletnikoff Foundation in 1999 to commemorate the untimely death of her stepdaughter, Tracey Biletnikoff. As the Founder and Executive Director of the non-profit foundation, Biletnikoff oversees all operations of the program as it funds and supports its various youth organizations, including Tracey’s Place of Hope, which provides safe housing and counseling for young women to flourish in the wake of substance abuse, human trafficking, and domestic and gender violence. Karim joined Intermountain Healthcare in 2021 as the President of the Nevada Medical Group and is also Desert Region COO for Ambulatory Care. He has over 15 years of executive leadership in the healthcare industry in both the private and public sectors and for-profit and nonprofit entities. Karim has a track record of leading teams in established regional organizations and operating in a start-up environment and launching multiple new markets from the ground up. Karim’s diverse background and leadership are ideal for charting a market-differentiated growth path for the region.
