Scott Arkills serves as President/CEO of Silver State Schools Credit Union (SSSCU) in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this capacity, Arkills leads a $1.15 Billion Asset, 57,000-member credit union. SSSCU places a premium on excellent member service and Prioritizing People Over Profit and has been recognized as the Gold Award winner (Best Credit Union in Las Vegas) for 4 consecutive years (2018-2021). He serves as Board Chairman/President for the Education Credit Union Council (ECUC), Board Director for American Share Insurance, and as a Board Director for the Nevada Credit Union League, Nevada Succeeds, and the Andson Foundation.

Mr. Bodager joined Desert Radiology in 2016 bringing over 20 years of senior level management experience from his roles as chief executive and chief financial officer for large medical practices, as well as from his involvement on several for-profit and not-for-profit boards. As Chief Executive Officer Mr. Bodager provides hands-on management of daily operations as well as oversees the company’s strategic development and long-term institutional goals. Mr. Bodager works closely with the senior management team and directs internal functions for the achievement of corporate objectives.
Jaime Cruz serves as Executive Director of Workforce Connections, Southern Nevada’s Local Workforce Development Board. Under his leadership, Workforce Connections has been recognized nationally for innovative partnerships and programs that help connect employers to a ready workforce. Cruz understands the barriers many face trying to improve their careers. As a young man, he worked as a dishwasher after immigrating from Peru despite his degree in Mechanical Engineering. Cruz worked his way back to the engineering field, holding executive roles in the hospitality industry before transitioning to the public sector.
