Mr. Bodager joined Desert Radiology in 2016 bringing over 20 years of senior level management experience from his roles as chief executive and chief financial officer for large medical practices, as well as from his involvement on several for-profit and not-for-profit boards. As Chief Executive Officer Mr. Bodager provides hands-on management of daily operations as well as oversees the company’s strategic development and long-term institutional goals. Jaime Cruz serves as Executive Director of Workforce Connections, Southern Nevada’s Local Workforce Development Board. Under his leadership, Workforce Connections has been recognized nationally for innovative partnerships and programs that help connect employers to a ready workforce. Cruz understands the barriers many face trying to improve their careers. As a young man, he worked as a dishwasher after immigrating from Peru despite his degree in Mechanical Engineering. Cruz worked his way back to the engineering field, holding executive roles in the hospitality industry before transitioning to the public sector.
