Jilan Wise, Founder and Executive Director for Far Out Tiny Homes, designed and built her first tiny home in 2017. Over the following two years, a social experiment of sorts played out. She, along with her family lived in their tiny (200 sq ft) home for just shy of two impactful changes in the housing industry here in Southern Nevada. She firmly believes housing is a right, not a privilege.
With over 35 years of professional business management experience, Jeff Victor has worked in a broad spectrum of entertainment segments associated with the casino/hospitality industry. Overseeing Government Affairs are among his specialties. For the past seven years Mr. Victor has served as VP of Operations for the Company’s Las Vegas properties including the newly opened, Circa Casino. Prior to Circa, Victor was President of the Fremont Street Experience. Past and present affiliations include Member of Young Presidents Organization, Leadership Las Vegas (class of 2013), Downtown Vegas Alliance, and Board Member of Fremont Street Experience and of Las Vegas Business Academy.
Rony Delgarde is the founder & CEO of Global Paint for Charity (GPC) - the world’s first sustainable paint waste management organization and largest exporter of recycled paint. The environmental aspects of his work are significant. His efforts bring hope, colors, and happiness to millions in 45 countries, with goals to serve 55 countries worldwide and 45 cities in the USA by 2025. Delgarde has been recognized for his humanitarian work including the recipient of the 2017 Energy Globe Award, and the Metro Atlanta Chamber E3 Award.
Tyler Corder joined GMAC in 1980 and was named Branch Manager in Las Vegas in 1992. In 1994 he joined Findlay Automotive Group and serves as the CFO of the organization which consists of 37 dealerships in six states. Corder is active in many charitable causes. He is past Board President for Safe Nest, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the American Red Cross. He has served as chairman for the Heart Walk, the Lung Force Walk and the Light the Night Walk. Currently, he serves on the board of the Foundation for an Independent Tomorrow and the Vegas Chamber.
