Doug Beckley is a management consultant, business advisor and CEO coach. A native Las Vegan, Doug founded The Beckley Group in 2000. The Beckley Group has created success and boosted profitability for numerous well-known Southern Nevada organizations from a variety of industries. Doug has been the owner of several prosperous businesses including the most successful multi-center UPS Store franchise in Nevada, and the famous Pioneer Club casino. Active in the community, Doug served as Chair of the Nevada Community Foundation and President of the Las Vegas Executives Association.

Thomas & Mack performs third party real estate services, and is currently managing the development of the Metro Police Department’s new headquarters campus. Mr. Myers is a past president of the Southern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP and longtime member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Thomas & Mack, Rick worked for The Howard Hughes Corporation and Marnell Properties. He graduated from the University of Southern California.

When I noticed that traditional therapy was not as effective for clients that I was serving, I sought other research based effective treatment and discovered Equine Facilitated Therapy. Having grown up in an agricultural community I understood the power of horses. We provide EFT services for individuals and families including trauma victims, Military and Veterans, and neurodivergent individuals. My passion is to provide a place that individuals and families feel welcomed while obtaining effective treatment.
