Jeff is the Executive Director of NASA, which was established in 1976.NASA is Nevada’s preeminent deliverer of PreK–12 professional learning for ALL educators. NASA has1600 members, 30,000annualregistrations,andincreasingpartnerships/advocacy efforts to support students and educators. NASA’s funding comes from registrations, memberships, and private partnerships. NASA launched the Silver State Education Foundation to support teacher pipeline programs that address disproportion teacher vacancies. Jeff began his career in 1991 as a Nevada Legislative Aide and retired from CCSD as an- Associate Superintendent over Turnaround in 2020. He has lead NASA in support of children and educators since 2019.

Terry A. Shirey serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Nevada State Bank, a division of ZB, N.A. and Executive Vice President of Zions Bancorporation. Named President and CEO in January 2017, Shirey formerly served as Chief Financial Officer for six years before being named President and COO in September 2014. Shirey oversees all five banking lines of business – retail, real estate, small business, commercial, and private banking – as well as all bank operations in Nevada. Shirey holds a certified public accountant (CPA) certificate. He has more than 22 years of experience in the financial industry, with the past 14 spent managing finance and operations for major banks and bank holding companies. Shirey holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wyoming. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce, as Vice-Chair of the College of Southern Nevada Foundation and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.

Jon Van Boening is President and Chief Executive Officer for the Dignity Health-St. Rose Dominican Siena Campus, serving as the senior executive of the company’s flagship southern Nevada facility since July 2021. Siena Hospital is a 326-bed facility with a Level III Trauma Center, employing more than 2,000 health care professionals. Mr. Van Boening also serves as President of Dignity Health Nevada, responsible for southern Nevada operations and market ventures, including four Dignity Health Neighborhood Hospitals, 15 Dignity Health Physical Therapy Clinics, six Community Wellness Centers, and other services.
