With 17 Years of Financial and Sales/Marketing Experience and 12 years specifically in the Credit Union space, Gina Maceo joined America First Credit Union seven years ago when she moved to Nevada. The founder of Realize, Horchak was inspired by the nationwide truck parking crisis, paralleled by
post-pandemic influx of un- and underutilized retail assets and event venues throughout the country. Horchak developed a business model to optimize these sites for daily and monthly truck parking and EV charging by leveraging existing onsite amenities and utilities, avoiding costly and time-consuming remodeling, permitting and approvals.
Prior to Realize, Horchak founded Zerv, a plug-and-play retrofit solution that facilitates mobile access and remote facility management over top of existing access control systems for commercial, flex space and multifamily property managers and parking operators. He exited that company and is now building Realize.

Joyce is a Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking with MidFirst Bank. She has more than 37 years of financial services experience with a focus on middle-market companies. Her clients are participants in a variety of industries, including, attorneys, CPAs, landscaping, general contracting, healthcare and golf courses. She is known in the community for her level of knowledge and exceptional client service. Joyce is actively involved in the community and is honored to support Capability Health, Mondays Dark and various other nonprofits and professional organizations. When she is not spending time with her family then she enjoys camping, fishing and golfing.

Mazi Rabiee is the Manager of Business Development at JSX, a semi-private hop-on jet service headquartered in Dallas, TX. His role focuses on building strategic partnerships and relationships with JSX’s current and future customers, ensuring the air carrier’s simplified style of flying becomes better known and more attainable throughout important communities it serves, including Las Vegas - a strategic focus market for the carrier. Mazi recently took his education to the next step by obtaining an MBA from Southern Methodist University. When not traveling on one of JSX’s spacious jets, he enjoys playing sports and spending quality time with family.

Brendan Vargas is the Director of Government and Community Affairs for Tilson, responsible for creating and managing relationships with local partners across Southern Nevada to support Tilson building America's communication infrastructure in Las Vegas. Prior to joining Tilson he ran Veteran's Outreach, Defense and Military Affairs, and Law Enforcement Affairs in Senator Jacky Rosen's Las Vegas Field Office. Brendan is a retired U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant(E-8) who served in the USAF from 1997-2019.
