Andrea Davis has worked in Vegas healthcare for more than 25 years, having served in COO/CEO roles at local hospitals, and is currently the CEO of Viticus Group (VG). Celebrating its 95th anniversary in 2023, Viticus Group is a 501(c)(3) that hosts one of the largest annual conferences in the veterinary industry and is the largest hands-on animal and human health education and training facility in the world. Davis grew up in Vegas and is a Bishop Gorman High School alum. She received her BS from OSU, and MPA from UNLV. Davis and her husband have two amazing teenagers.SilverSummit Healthplan

Eric Schmacker is the President & CEO of SilverSummit Healthplan, a subsidiary of Centene Corporation. He joined SilverSummit in 2019 and represents the plan in Business Development and Strategy, Operations, Medical Management, Provider Relations, Member Services, Network Management and Claims. Schmacker, a 21-year US Army veteran and Blackhawk pilot, has over 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare and hospital administration. Chris Way is VP/General Manager of KTNV-TV, 13 Actions News, and E.W. Scripps company. He oversees all business and operations activities of Las Vegas' ABC affiliate. Chris recently returned to Las Vegas after a short stint at KMTV-TV, the Scripps-owned CBS affiliate in Omaha, Nebraska, where he served as General Manager. Previously, he worked at KLAS-TV and is looking forward to re-engaging with business and community partners. Chris held volunteer roles with the United Way of Southern Nevada, the Nellis Support Team, and the Las-Vegas Clark County Library District Foundation.Professional Bull Riders (PBR)

Since 2015 Sean Gleason has been CEO of Professional Bull Riders (PBR), one of America’s fastest-growing sports, also competing in four additional countries. Previously, he spent 15 years as a senior executive overseeing nearly every aspect of the sport. Prior to joining PBR in 2001, Gleason oversaw the marketing and business development for all sports projects at Sierra Sports. He served as executive or supervising producer of six Grammy-nominated video and record projects and six multi-platinum video projects while with Miramar Productions, Inc. Sean graduated from Western Washington University.
