James Sullivan is the Co–Founder of Las Vegas Agency and Battle For Vegas, an award–winning celebrity softball game featuring two all–star teams from the Vegas Golden Knights and Las Vegas Raiders “battling” it out for charity. The Emmy–award winning event has also won “Best of Las Vegas” award for Best Charity Event multiple times. Mr. Sullivan is a licensed attorney in both Wisconsin and Nevada and a former Adjunct Professor of Sports Law at Hamline University Law School. Mr. Sullivan is a recipient of the Certificate in Sports Law and sits on the Board of Advisors for the National Sports Law Institute at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. He is a frequent speaker at sports conferences on emerging business and legal issues in sports law, gaming, poker and daily fantasy sports. Before founding Las Vegas Agency, Mr. Sullivan worked as an athlete agent representing poker, eSports, and Olympic winter sports athletes.
Bill is an Assurance Partner at BDO USA and a leader in BDO’s National Gaming, Hospitality and Leisure Industry Practice. He is extensively involved in all areas of accounting and auditing for the firm. He works closely with a number of organizations in the gaming, retail and wholesale, real estate, and construction industries, providing exceptional client service through a holistic approach and attention to detail. Bill assists with fraud examinations as part of the firm’s litigation support practice and has helped identify the perpetrator of fraud and determined loss amounts in multiple fraud issues. He helps his clients with internal controls and regulations to prevent occupational fraud. Bill earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Idaho State University and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is active in the Las Vegas community participating in several youth sports programs and volunteering his time for various not for profits. In addition to Bill’s role on the Vegas Chamber’s Board of Trustees, he serves on the board of directors of Helping Hands of Vegas Valley, which aids seniors in need.
As the president of Smart City Networks, Mark Haley oversees the sales and operations teams and all strategic corporate initiatives. With over 30 years of experience in the convention industry, Mark has worked with many of the largest convention centers, stadiums, and arenas in North America. Mark has a unique perspective having worked as a facility manager and exclusive facility partner in a variety of roles. This perspective has led to speaking opportunities in the United States and abroad. He is a member of IAVM, AIPC, and IAEE.
Ellen Schulhofer serves as corporate counsel to public and private companies in Nevada. Handling a broad range of transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and secured and unsecured financings, as well as advising on matters of corporate governance, she is one of Nevada’s top corporate attorneys. A significant portion of Ellen’s corporate work is on behalf of the highly-regulated gaming industry. As managing partner of Brownstein’s Las Vegas office, Ellen brings leadership and strategic counseling know-how to her daily practice. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the Las Vegas community, serving as a valued board member for several high-profile nonprofit and civic organizations including the Vegas Chamber.
Dan Kearney is Senior VP and Market Manager for Audacy Las Vegas, overseeing operations, growth and revenue of the cluster’s six radio stations: KMXB (MIX 94.1) KLUC (98.5 FM) KXTE (ALT 107.5 FM), KXQQ (Q100.5 FM) KXNT (News/Talk 840 AM) and CBS Sports Radio 1140 AM as well as the Audacy App and other digital & data products. He joined Entercom Radio (now Audacy) upon the merger of CBS Radio in 2017 and consistency produces noteworthy revenue and ratings growth. He holds a BS in Radio-Television from So. Illinois University-Carbondale.
