Jennifer Davis is the Founder & CEO of SkyOak Capital Inc, a Registered Investment Advisor, and a Portfolio Manager to two Las Vegas based hedge funds. Jennifer was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and started her career as a wealth advisor in Silicon Valley in 1990. Jennifer is married to Derek Davis, her best friend and business partner. She has two boys, Jake and Max whom they adopted from Russia in 2003 at age 11 and 6. Jennifer loves dogs, golf, travel, & hiking.
Rick Myers is President of Thomas & Mack Development Group, a commercial development company with projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Thomas & Mack performs third party real estate services, and is currently managing the development of the Metro Police Department’s new headquarters campus. Mr. Myers is a past president of the Southern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP and longtime member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Thomas & Mack, Rick worked for The Howard Hughes Corporation and Marnell Properties. He graduated from the University of Southern California.
Chase Rankin is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Nevada’s largest and most widely read news and information source in Nevada, northern Arizona and southern Utah. He leads sales and marketing initiatives of the Review-Journal’s strong portfolio of print and digital niche products, including Desert Deals, Sunday Select, LUXURY Magazine, Highlander Magazine, and El Tiempo to name a few.
Michael N. Feder is a member in Dickinson Wright PLLC’s Litigation Department. He has extensive experience representing and counseling clients in commercial and business litigation matters involving banking, contracts, copyright infringement, corporate law, employment law, entertainment and sports law, franchise law, fraud, gaming, patent infringement, real estate, RICO, trademark infringement, securities law, shareholder and partnership disputes, unfair competition, among other areas of law. Mr. Feder is also on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross of Southern Nevada.
