Karla Perez has devoted her entire professional career to improving health care access and patient outcomes throughout Nevada. As the Regional Vice President for Universal Health Services (UHS) overseeing the Nevada market since 2009, she has created an integrated system of care comprised of acute care and specialty hospitals, outpatient services, freestanding emergency and urgent care centers and physician practices to better serve residents and tourists who require medical care. She serves on the board of multiple non-profit organizations, including the Board of Trustees for the Vegas Chamber.Viticus Group

Andrea Davis has worked in Vegas healthcare for more than 25 years, having served in COO/CEO roles at local hospitals, and is currently the CEO of Viticus Group (VG). Celebrating its 95th anniversary in 2023, Viticus Group is a 501(c)(3) that hosts one of the largest annual conferences in the veterinary industry and is the largest hands-on animal and human health education and training facility in the world. Davis grew up in Vegas and is a Bishop Gorman High School alum. She received her BS from OSU, and MPA from UNLV. Karim joined Intermountain Healthcare in 2021 as the President of the Nevada Medical Group and is also Desert Region COO for Ambulatory Care. He has over 15 years of executive leadership in the healthcare industry in both the private and public sectors and for-profit and nonprofit entities. Karim has a track record of leading teams in established regional organizations and operating in a start-up environment and launching multiple new markets from the ground up. Karim’s diverse background and leadership are ideal for charting a market-differentiated growth path for the region.
