Joyce Smith is managing director, commercial banking, for Bank of Nevada, where she supports the Southern Nevada CPA team. She also specialized in helping construction companies, nonprofit and professional organizations throughout Southern Nevada meet their financial goals using advanced financing options, including SBA lending and Lines of credit. She joined the organization in 2008 and has more than 30 years of banking industry experience. Ms. Smith is active in the local community with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Las Vegas and Mondays Dark, an evening variety show with a goal to raise $10,000 during each 90–minute event for a variety of local nonprofits. Smith graduated from The School of Retail and Commercial Banking and attended New Mexico State University. She sits on the Board of Trustees of the Vegas Chamber as well as several other boards.

Fafie was the 2008 Chairman of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees. She is a 1995 graduate of Leadership Las Vegas. Fafie is the current President of the Chamber Insurance Benefit Board. Fafie has served on numerous community boards for business and non-profit organizations.
Jonathan Alvarez is CEO and Co-founder of Protective Force International (PFI). PFI provides trained unarmed, armed, executive protection, mobile patrols and K9 Officers. With 13+ years of experience with law enforcement, military, and security fields to include overseeing investigations and security operations on the Las Vegas Strip, Jonathan understands the need to blend hospitality and security in our growing economy within the resort corridor and recognizes that Las Vegas requires high standard security services. With over 15 years experience as a creative artist in the balloon design industry Stephanie Charron is the Director of Creative Services at Balloon Pros Las Vegas. She leads the design team to excel in delivering top quality balloon decor displays on time and on budget. Originally from Orange County, California Stephanie obtained a business degree from BYU before moving to Las Vegas in 2004 to attend school after which she had a wedding photography business and at one point transitioned that into newborn and family photography where she started working with balloons for photo backdrops. Soon she realized her passion for balloon design and how it allows her to truly express her creativity while bringing joy and happiness to her clients.
