Jonathan Alvarez is CEO and Co-founder of Protective Force International (PFI). PFI provides trained unarmed, armed, executive protection, mobile patrols and K9 Officers. With 13+ years of experience with law enforcement, military, and security fields to include overseeing investigations and security operations on the Las Vegas Strip, Jonathan understands the need to blend hospitality and security in our growing economy within the resort corridor and recognizes that Las Vegas requires high standard security services. He dedicates his time to industry training, advocating for better regulations, and assisting in community outreach programs.
Rick Myers is President of Thomas & Mack Development Group, a commercial development company with projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Thomas & Mack performs third party real estate services, and is currently managing the development of the Metro Police Department’s new headquarters campus. Mr. Myers is a past president of the Southern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP and longtime member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Thomas & Mack, Rick worked for The Howard Hughes Corporation and Marnell Properties. He graduated from the University of Southern California.
Sarah Lomas is the Chief Executive Officer and President of REVIV, global market leader in nutritional solutions. REVIV has scaled under Lomas’ leadership from one flagship clinic in 2013, to 90 clinics operating in 47 countries. Her mission is to change peoples’ lives by making available products and services that would historically only be accessible to the wealthier community. She has launched the HELIIX Health Passport which will allow businesses to thrive once again and is currently pioneering technology to ensure advanced nutritional genomics is accessible and embedded throughout the global food and beverage sector.
James York and Jay Blood are the co-founders of Valley Bank of Nevada. James is the President and CEO of the bank and Jay is the EVP and Chief Credit Officer. Both executives are graduates of UNLV and, as such, are passionate about serving the local community. During the Covid crisis, James and Jay led Valley Bank of Nevada through providing Payroll Protection Program (PPP) loans to over 300 businesses in the community, saving an estimated 4,000 local jobs. The bank has recently opened a loan production office (LPO) in Summerlin, making it the third location valley-wide.
