Jonathan Alvarez is CEO and Co-founder of Protective Force International (PFI). PFI provides trained unarmed, armed, executive protection, mobile patrols and K9 Officers. With 13+ years of experience with law enforcement, military, and security fields to include overseeing investigations and security operations on the Las Vegas Strip, Jonathan understands the need to blend hospitality and security in our growing economy within the resort corridor and recognizes that Las Vegas requires high standard security services. He dedicates his time to industry training, advocating for better regulations, and assisting in community outreach programs.EOS Worldwide

Shelley is an EOS Worldwide Franchisee, Certified EOS Implementer, and EOS Implementer Coach. EOS is the Entrepreneurial Operating System™, based on the book Traction, by Gino Wickman. She works with entrepreneurial leadership teams as their EOS trainer, facilitator, and coach, helping them get what they want from their business. Shelley was trained by EOS Worldwide in 2019, and has been helping EOS Teams "Get a Grip on their Business." Shelley previously led ad sales for Cox Communications in Nevada and California. Shelley incorporates speaking as a member of the Vistage Speaker's Bureau, sharing EOS with CEO's and their leadership teams.Art Houz Theater

As Director of Operations, Shawn Barrack brings agile athleticism to the world of entertainment. His career in F&B started at 23 years old, when after retiring from from professional baseball he became a food runner for Chef Emeril at Lagasse’s Stadium. While honing his chops working the backline “nitty-gritty” alongside cooks and staff, he discovered the joy of interacting with guests and developed a passion for the craft of hospitality. His winning personality scored a home run with regulars and those returning each year for March Madness, making him a perfect fit for front-of-house where he worked his way up the ranks to General Manager. In 2015, Shawn joined Darden Restaurants where he was provided the opportunity to expand his knowledge around wine, spirits, and beer. Earning certifications from Cicerone and the Court of Master Sommelier, and acquiring a Master of WhiskeyTM accreditation from abroad, he became a major league player in the field of hospitality management. Following a second stint at Lagasse’s Stadium, he collaborated with Professional Sports Catering, powered by Levy to open; T-Mobile Arena, home of Vegas Golden Knights; The Las Vegas Ballpark, named Winner of 2019 MiLB Triple-A Best of Ballparks, and; Allegiant Stadium, home to NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders. In 2020, Shawn partnered with Art Houz Theaters to play an integral role in its early development. Today, the big hitter who began his 20-year career in baseball at three years old embodies the tenacity and competitive spirit of Downtown Las Vegas and its finest entertainment venue.
