Founder/Executive Director
Angela Biletnikoff created The Biletnikoff Foundation in 1999 to commemorate the untimely death of her stepdaughter, Tracey Biletnikoff. As the Founder and Executive Director of the non-profit foundation, Biletnikoff oversees all operations of the program as it funds and supports its various youth organizations, including Tracey’s Place of Hope, which provides safe housing and counseling for young women to flourish in the wake of substance abuse, human trafficking, and domestic and gender violence. She is also the Owner and CEO of Biletnikoff 25 Wines, featuring her husband, Pro Football Hall of Famer Fred Biletnikoff.Town Square Las Vegas
General Manager
Mike Wethington manages all daily operating functions for the center, which opened in November of 2007. He works closely with development, construction, marketing, leasing and individual retailers. Wethington has more than 27 years of retail management experience, including general manager positions at Galleria at Sunset in Henderson and Victoria Gardens in Southern California. He is a Certified Shopping Center Manager and holds a degree in finance and real estate from New Mexico State University.Workforce Connections
Executive Director
Jaime Cruz serves as Executive Director of Workforce Connections, Southern Nevada’s Local Workforce Development Board. Under his leadership, Workforce Connections has been recognized nationally for innovative partnerships and programs that help connect employers to a ready workforce. Cruz understands the barriers many face trying to improve their careers. As a young man, he worked as a dishwasher after immigrating from Peru despite his degree in Mechanical Engineering. Cruz worked his way back to the engineering field, holding executive roles in the hospitality industry before transitioning to the public sector.Nevada HAND
President & CEO
Audra Hamernik is the new President and CEO of Nevada HAND. She brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate, financial services, social impact investing and lending, and community leadership. She was most recently the Executive Director of the Illinois Housing Development Authority. She has also served as Principal of A. Hamernik & Associates, Inc., and as Executive Director of Bluestem Housing Partners, a nonprofit housing developer. She earned her Master degree, as well as her Bachelor degree, in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois.
