Becky Stonebarger is the Owner and Founder of The Beacon Center – Las Vegas, a Meeting and Life Event venue. Originally from the St. Louis area, she has made Las Vegas home. She is a retired Business Strategist and has operated several successful businesses prior to The Beacon Center. Her 30+ years of entrepreneurship and a dedication to excellent customer service has made her successful. Brian Formisano, Region Bank President – Nevada Southern for Wells Fargo, is responsible for setting direction and leading all aspects of the branch banking network, including small business and affluent business. He provides business leadership for the planning and execution of all activities within the region and alignment between regional initiatives and overall Regional Banking initiatives. He ensures all elements of risk management, compliance accountability and talent management programs are followed. Tim Wong is CEO and President of Arcata Associates, Inc. a Las Vegas based technical services company. Arcata provides Hardware, Software and Systems Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Logistics, Multimedia, and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services in support of the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and other government agencies. Arcata is a family-owned business that is celebrating 39 years in the Las Vegas Valley. Wong currently serves as the Treasurer of Nevada Public Radio, Board of Director of the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District’s Mesquite QALIC B, and is a member of the Cox Communications Community Advisory Board.Smart City Networks

As the president of Smart City Networks, Mark Haley oversees the sales and operations teams and all strategic corporate initiatives. With over 30 years of experience in the convention industry, Mark has worked with many of the largest convention centers, stadiums, and arenas in North America. Mark has a unique perspective having worked as a facility manager and exclusive facility partner in a variety of roles. This perspective has led to speaking opportunities in the United States and abroad. He is a member of IAVM, AIPC, and IAEE.
