Gregory Lee is President of Rancho Mesquite Casino, LLC; a company that operates the Eureka Casino Resort, Mesquite, Nevada, a company he co-founded with his parents. Lee remains involved in the Lee family business, but focuses his energy on the development, marketing and leadership cultivation of the Mesquite operation. Lee serves on the Board of the Mesquite Resort Association, the Mesquite Health and Wellness Foundation and the Nevada Independent Gaming Operators Organization. Edward J. Domanico is Director of Environmental Affairs for AET Environmental, a leading and highly credentialed provider of environmental and industrial services, hazardous waste handling and remediation in Nevada. Responsible for strategic marketing policies, as well as expanding the company’s operating capability throughout the state and region, he brings more than 27 years of environmental experience to this role as an industry leader. AET provides environmental services to many of the Strip Properties. Chris Brown has more than 35 years’ experience in the non-profit sector serving various industries by building programs designed to inform, educate, and drive business transactions. Much of his career has been focused on producing large-scale trade shows and events. For the last 20 years he has served the broadcast and wider media industry by leading NAB’s Global Connections and Events Team, Among the major events produced is NAB Show, NAB’s annual convention and the largest annual event in the world (90,000+ attendees). Brown holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an Executive Master of General Administration from the University of Maryland University College.Scientific Games

Susan Cartwright joined Scientific Games as Vice President of Corporate Communications in January 2016. She leads Scientific Games’ global external and internal communications, as well as the Company’s corporate social responsibility program. Ms. Cartwright focuses on developing and executing the Company’s global communications strategy and tactics, corporate branding, executive thought leadership, web initiatives and merger communications. Prior to Scientific Games, Ms. Cartwright served as Vice President of Corporate Communications for IGT and held a number of senior-management positions in marketing, advertising, communications, and operations with leading global communications and advertising agencies.
