Doug Beckley is a management consultant, business advisor and CEO coach. A native Las Vegan, Doug founded The Beckley Group in 2000. The Beckley Group has created success and boosted profitability for numerous well-known Southern Nevada organizations from a variety of industries. Doug has been the owner of several prosperous businesses including the most successful multi-center UPS Store franchise in Nevada, and the famous Pioneer Club casino. Andrea Davis has worked in Vegas healthcare for more than 25 years, having served in COO/CEO roles at local hospitals, and is currently the CEO of Viticus Group (VG). Celebrating its 95th anniversary in 2023, Viticus Group is a 501(c)(3) that hosts one of the largest annual conferences in the veterinary industry and is the largest hands-on animal and human health education and training facility in the world. Davis grew up in Vegas and is a Bishop Gorman High School alum. She received her BS from OSU, and MPA from UNLV. Davis and her husband have two amazing teenagers.Wells Fargo Bank

Brian Formisano, Region Bank President – Nevada Southern for Wells Fargo, is responsible for setting direction and leading all aspects of the branch banking network, including small business and affluent business. He provides business leadership for the planning and execution of all activities within the region and alignment between regional initiatives and overall Regional Banking initiatives. He ensures all elements of risk management, compliance accountability and talent management programs are followed. Josh Smith is the Chief Executive Officer of Veteran Benefits Guide. He spent six years in the Marine Corps. In 2009 Smith started a job at the Department of Veterans Affairs. During his tenure at the VA, he discovered many inefficiencies in the way Veterans’ disability ratings were evaluated and saw a need to provide Veterans a better option for processing their disability claims. In 2017, he and his wife decided to start a business to assist Veterans with their disability claims. Today, Veteran Benefits Guide is proud to have successfully guided over 20,000 Veterans nationwide!
