Lisa de Marigny leads a team passionate about luxury and innovation. Omni is known for premier service and pristine chauffeured fleet of black sedans, SUVs, limousines, and mini coaches. The team opened Tango Car, the first app-based on-demand transportation service for passengers traveling in wheelchairs. Lisa’s desire to provide mobility to the paratransit community made Tango a fitting name for this unique startup. She grew up in the transportation business while earning a B.S. Organizational Leadership from Penn State University, she is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Las Vegas.
Kara Kelley is a proven CEO with expertise in business and political strategy as well as marketing, media relations and organizational leadership skills. As the former CEO of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Kelley led the organization to become Nevada’s most influential business association. Kelley has built a reputation as a tireless advocate for business and free enterprise and was one of only 120 business leaders to be invited by President Barack Obama to participate in his 2009 Jobs Summit. As president of The Kelley Co., Kelley advises companies on branding, business strategy and organizational development.
Bud has been in Healthcare since joining Scottsdale Healthcare in 2002. He has worked in varying levels of leadership within healthcare across the West. He Joined Kindred Healthcare in 2015 as CEO at their Albuquerque Hospital. He then relocated to Las Vegas as Kindred’s Market Chief Executive Officer in January of 2019. Prior to Healthcare, Bud spent 10 years in law enforcement, was an entrepreneur and then worked for the Franchisor overseeing the Rocky Mountain West. Bud was drawn to healthcare as way to fulfill his passion of helping people.
Doug Beckley is a management consultant, business advisor and CEO coach. A native Las Vegan, Doug founded The Beckley Group in 2000. The Beckley Group has created success and boosted profitability for numerous well-known Southern Nevada organizations from a variety of industries. Doug has been the owner of several prosperous businesses including the most successful multi-center UPS Store franchise in Nevada, and the famous Pioneer Club casino. Active in the community, Doug served as Chair of the Nevada Community Foundation and President of the Las Vegas Executives Association.
