She works with entrepreneurial leadership teams as their EOS trainer, facilitator, and coach, helping them get what they want from their business. Shelley was trained by EOS Worldwide in 2019, and has been helping EOS Teams "Get a Grip on their Business." Shelley previously led ad sales for Cox Communications in Nevada and California. Ash Zare has been named General Manager of CAE Las Vegas, an aviation training center with full-flight simulators specialized in training pilots for business jets. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, Ash successfully led CAE Seoul during the pandemic, responsible for training more than 4,000 commercial pilots annually in Korea. Raised in Dubai, Ash first relocated to Toronto to pursue his Robotics Engineering and MBA education. In 2015, Ash then joined CAE’s headquarters in Montreal where he led the integration of CAE’s $1B acquisition of Bombardier Aviation Training.Sumnu Marketing

Shaundell Newsome is the Founder of Sumnu Marketing and two-time SBA Award winner. He started his first company as a Graphic Designer in 1982 as a teenager during the birth of Hip Hop while attending the H.S. of Graphic Communication Arts. After a decade in the United States Air Force, Newsome joined Station Casinos for several years prior to launching Sumnu. He is widely recognized as a small business advocate and marketing expert. Shaundell’s book, the Twelve Steps of Marketing, A Perfect Guide to Branding is treasured by small business owners.
