Bhalla specializes in all aspects of real estate including luxury properties, high-rise properties, HUD Homes, short sales, REOs, commercial real estate, property management, and multifamily properties She is committed to providing her agents with efficient systems, leadership, training, and fostering a high-energy motivational atmosphere. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Masters in Education and is a Leadership Las Vegas Alumna, Class of 2017.

Paul Stowell is Nevada regional executive for City National Bank. He has worked in the banking industry in Nevada for the past 35 years. He has a bachelors degree in broadcast journalism from BYU and was recognized in 2013 as “Business Person of the Year” by Nevada’s Future Business Leaders of America. Stowell serves as co-chair of the Nevada Corporate Giving Council, is an advisory board member of University Touro University Nevada, an HSB advisory council member for West Career and Technical Academy, and a counselor for the Boy Scouts of America. In addition, he continues to serve several other non-profit organizations.

John Tippins is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Northcap. He began his real estate career in 2000 as a commercial agent for Insight Holdings. Following a brief period as President of Mark L. Fine and Associates, Tippins branched out and started his own company, Northcap, in 2006. Tippins serves on several boards and councils in addition to being a member of the UNLV President’s Inner Circle, the UNLV Advisory Board, and the Mayors Fund. He graduated from UNLV with a B.A. in Marketing and is an adjunct professor at UNLV. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Leadership Las Vegas program through the Vegas Chamber.
