Vegas Chamber, US Bank launch free coaching and growth program
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The Vegas Chamber and U.S. Bank have partnered to create a new program aimed at helping members realize their goals and achieve them through business coaching, planning and execution.
As President of Brightline West, Sarah Watterson is responsible for all aspects of business development and delivery of the high-speed rail system, including transit-oriented development and rail infrastructure strategy, design, & execution. She has a strong background in large-scale infrastructure projects, including the acquisition and restructuring of the Milwaukee Bucks and developing the 725,000-SF Fiserv Forum. Watterson most recently led development at Florida East Coast Industries, a multi-faceted real estate and transportation company, and served as CEO of Drive Shack (NYSE:DS). She graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University.
As president, CTO and co-founder, Vikas Khorana oversees all Ntooitive Digital technology implementations, including onboarding, integration, and development. Vikas architects proprietary solutions that incorporate AI and ML to deliver cutting-edge business intelligence to clients and partners. Before co-founding Ntooitive, a marketing technology company and two-time Inc. 5000 honoree, he held a variety of senior engineering positions with Stephens Media in Las Vegas. Vikas was recently invited into the Forbes Technology Council to share his key knowledge and experience. He has been featured in industry trade publications such as MarTech Series, MediaPost, Inc., TechTarget, and SUCCESS.
Monica Pappas, Owner of Fingerprinting Express, specializes in startups in underdeveloped industries and thrives being a disruptor in industries she grows. Monica franchised Fingerprinting Express and has four stores throughout the state of Nevada. Monica has dedicated her adult professional and personal life to protect children, seniors, the disabled, aged out foster care kids and homeless youth. Monica founded Community Lifters, a Grassroots Volunteer Group that encourages volunteerism and has thousands of volunteer hours. Monica is also on the Citizen Advisory Board for St Jude’s Ranch For Children.
Tim Bremer has been selected to serve as the new managing partner of Deloitte’s Nevada practice. Tim has extensive experience serving publicly held companies. During his 25 year career in public accounting, Tim has served SEC registrants as well as some of the firm’s most prestigious clients in the consumer and industrial products industry segment, and was also the managing partner of Deloitte’s Audit and Enterprise Risk Services practice for the aerospace and defense industry for seven years. Tim is also an avid golfer, and he and his wife Randi live in Henderson.
